Today I was busy on the morning and PM, I couldn't go to the park for LSD with my mate, I'm sorry Keren even asked you why not run issyo tonight.
Instead of heading to Yoyogi, I did a home coming running for 17km from work. The distance is around 13-4km between my place and work, so came over to the track in the Inokashira park for some lap. I was doing "70% to warm up 2 km, then 80% for 12 km, then 75% for last 3 km". I'm not sure I could complete because I ran desperately, couldn't get hr up to 80% easily, it was pretty tough duty tonight, let me take a break tomorrow. This is a last oppotunity of LSD before the race running for 35k in the Palace on Saturday. Even I'm not satisfied yet, I'm worried about it, but glad to follow a great plan, yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
