covered with plenty salt
I was covered with plenty salt today since dry climate. It's a kind of seasonal custom that it happens after running. I've run at Park with Namban guys. I did train as Steve's advice, about 12:13-13:38/ 1 lap, 2.5Km pace. However, I should had to run equably.
I got a Polar RS200sd on the spur of the moment yesterday, it's not cheap stuff. But I utilize this.

I ran in Tamagawa-Josui, and at the track in Inokashira-Park.
Ran as easy aerobic pace and speed work for 5K at track.
Beautiful weather, feeling good though. Also I went for Sports Massage.
