hutsle tuesday running on a track
I went for run to track in the Inokashira Park tonight, and ran for 25 laps. Tonight's running was cool, not humid, some people, and under the moon light running. I tried to get up my HR from 140bpm to 160bpm, 3k at 140bpm, 3k at 150bpm, and eventually 4k at 160bpm. I had sore knee a little, might should run more easier. However, felt pretty good at beginning though, just tried as my coach's instruction.
Running on a track is nice to measure exactly mileage but it makes me feel dizzy even though could accustom myself soon after a couple of laps, anyway, satisfied tonight's workouts.

Great run!! Good Job!!
There is an important point here: you mention the times, state that the distance is 1 km, then state average pace. If your footpod is working well, the average pace should be the same as the lap time. You should look at your data again and note down the distance measured by the footpod for each 1 km lap. I think it will be a little bit more than 1 km. If you can send me the data, we will then be able to adjust your footpod so it is a little bit more accurate.
I'd like to accurate a little bit more to measure properly!
I appreciate your advice, thank you so much.
