Well done. Now we will see what happens when you do a similar run on Wednesday night but at HR157. Actually, it can be a little bit lower, 155 or 156 is alright. Make sure your footpod is behaving itself. If it dies, just make sure you take accurate splits. You can always calculate the pace later using Excel.
You know, I won't make it on Wednesday night. I have to work on the late shift as I told you a whole this week. I will do it on Wednesday's morning. Let me report you what happens and result.
