I was supposed to run for 70% HRmax, actually I did 73% running...
I suspect that yesterday's running wasn't recevery slow running.
I just ran faster, so should had to go more slowly.

I'm reasonably happy with this. If you felt you could run a little bit longer and a little bit harder, that's good. You have to be careful not to add too much on though. Tonight your program is for 18 km, so you need to be well recovered for that.
Due to a chic's companying, I did manage Wednesday's running. I was going to tell you that I will run as a Namban's member without my company's support.
