relaxing saturday...

I moved enthusiastically from morning, ran as a fartlek for 12km, went to Yoga class for stretching all my muscles. And after training, I went for a movie "EARTH" to Shinjuku. Fortunately, today is a discount price day, it's only 1,000yen. So Rie and I went to a theater for this.

The story is completely simple, cameras followed some animals that looking for water and feeds. They say, polar bears are predicted to become extinct by 2060 due to the global warming. If ice melt, they can't hunt feeds in polar. It was poor scene that a polar bear was dying after hunting, he looked completely consumed energy more to live.

Cameras followed elephants, whales, birds and more. Every moments were so beautiful.
